Legacy Ridge Farm is nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains; our family owned and operated farm exudes old-school charm mixed with just the right amount of contemporary, while staying true to our naturalistic and environmentally aware values.

Farming

We are passionate about implementing farming techniques that are designed to replicate what is found in nature, thereby healing our soil and nurturing our planet. With little to no tillage, conscious grazing practices and a focus on soil regeneration we are actively doing everything within our power to live and cultivate sustainably. Our farm is a place of constant learning, and we are always continuing our education in soil regeneration and sustainable farming practices. We always avoid the use of pesticides and herbicides, preferring to help manage our local ecosystem with the use of predatory insects and careful cultivation.

Husbandry

Our animals are the heart and soul of our farm!We strive to produce exceptional ALpine dairy goats with a strong focus on conformation, temperament and milk production! Our goats perform beautifully both in the show ring and at the milking stand.

 

We also offer purebred Registered Black Angus cattle and Registered KuneKune pigs!

 

Flowers

 This spring we will be opening our large Farm Fresh/U-Pick Flower field that has been recently expanded! Our flowers produce bouquets the are wild, natural and unique!
